Welcome to The Lead Suite. These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products, resources, courses, templates, prompts, trainings, memberships, and other materials offered by The Lead Suite LLC (“The Lead Suite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including AI for Closers.

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our products or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Digital Products & Access

Our products are intended to provide educational resources, tools, strategies, templates, prompts, and training to help real estate professionals with marketing, business operations, artificial intelligence, content creation, lead generation, and related activities.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal or business use.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the materials or intellectual property to you.

AI for Closers

AI for Closers includes educational materials, AI prompts, workflows, tutorials, templates, examples, and other resources designed to help real estate professionals use artificial intelligence in their businesses.

AI platforms and technology change frequently. Features, functionality, pricing, availability, and outputs from third-party AI platforms may change at any time. The Lead Suite does not control these third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that any particular prompt, workflow, feature, or integration will continue to operate exactly as demonstrated.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, your purchase of AI for Closers does not include subscriptions to third-party software or AI platforms. Any required third-party subscriptions or fees are the purchaser's responsibility.

Refund Policy

Because our products contain digital materials that are delivered or made accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.

However, we want customers to feel confident purchasing from The Lead Suite. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a product you purchased, please contact us so we can assist you.

Except where otherwise expressly stated on a specific product's checkout page, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to use the product, dissatisfaction with third-party software, or because a purchaser did not achieve a particular business or financial result.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

No Guaranteed Results

The Lead Suite provides educational information and tools. We do not guarantee leads, clients, listings, closings, commissions, revenue, social media growth, engagement, sales, or any other particular result.

Examples, testimonials, case studies, income figures, marketing results, or customer experiences are provided for illustrative purposes and do not represent a promise that you will achieve the same results.

Your results depend on numerous factors, including your market, experience, implementation, effort, business practices, audience, advertising, and other circumstances outside our control.

Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

Artificial intelligence can generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate information.

AI-generated content should be reviewed before it is used or shared with clients or the public.

You are responsible for verifying AI-generated information and ensuring your use of AI complies with applicable laws, regulations, contracts, brokerage policies, MLS rules, advertising requirements, fair housing laws, professional standards, and other requirements applicable to your business.

The Lead Suite is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based solely on AI-generated output.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by The Lead Suite, including but not limited to:

AI prompts and prompt collections, frameworks, templates, worksheets, videos, trainings, written materials, databases, guides, graphics, downloads, systems, and course content

are owned by or licensed to The Lead Suite LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your purchase is for your individual use unless a separate license expressly states otherwise.

You may use the materials to help operate and market your own real estate or other business.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publish, upload, share, give away, or otherwise make our materials available to others.

This includes sharing your login credentials or providing purchased prompts, templates, databases, trainings, or downloads to team members, colleagues, brokerages, Facebook groups, online communities, clients, or other third parties unless your purchase specifically includes those usage rights.

You may not repackage our materials, in whole or in substantial part, as your own course, digital product, prompt library, membership, training, database, or other commercial offering.

Account Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being shared, materials are being redistributed, or these Terms have otherwise been violated.

Termination for violation of these Terms does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

Third-Party Platforms

Our products may reference or demonstrate third-party platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Canva, CRM platforms, email providers, or other software.

The Lead Suite is not affiliated with or responsible for these third-party platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.

We cannot guarantee their availability, functionality, pricing, policies, or continued compatibility with our materials.

Educational Purposes

The information provided through The Lead Suite is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, tax, financial, accounting, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for determining whether any strategy, template, AI-generated output, marketing practice, or business process is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Changes to Products

We may update, modify, replace, reorganize, or discontinue portions of our digital products as technology, platforms, laws, industry practices, and our offerings evolve.

Where a product is advertised as including updates or access for a specific period, those representations will govern that purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Lead Suite LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your purchase, use, or inability to use our products or from your reliance on information or AI-generated content produced using our materials.
